If you spend more than a few minutes with Greg you'll learn a few things quickly: he consumes great quantities of coffee; his design sense is instinctive; he is a process thinker; he consumes great quantities of coffee. He came on board in early 2011 while we were in the hunt for a freelance graphic designer, but quickly made himself indispensable when we discovered he was also, by nature, a problem solver.
Today's messaging environment demands versatility in designers who can move fluidly from web to print to outdoor to video. Problem solved. Greg is accomplished in a variety of design disciplines and adapts well to the often mercurial demands that present themselves to us daily. In addition, he brings a strong mix of commercial and non-profit experience. Before joining Design4, Greg worked for the PBS affiliate in Kentucky as well as for the Florida Conference of the United Methodist Church where his work included designing and managing projects in web, print, and video. He served the visual needs of ten separate departments for the Florida Conference of The United Methodist Church and also lead project management and design communications seminars throughout Florida. We're thinking he also learned juggling along the way.
Greg is married to a professional chef who rarely visits the shop without a tray of delectables in hand. They had the opportunity to live in Japan in 2005 where Greg taught English to junior high school students. In 2007 they were blessed with a young daughter and live in Lakeland, Florida.
