Pam joined the Design4 team in 2005. Make that…“just in time.”  We didn’t know it at the time but the Agency was on the verge of a significant expansion and needed a strong and well-organized administrative director. In walked Pam and the rest, as they say, is history. Design4 has doubled in size since her arrival but her capacity for detailed administrative and production oversight has effortlessly expanded with it.

Pam came to Design4 with an abundance of experience, serving more than 15 years on the ministerial staff at her church and directing the church’s Daycare program, fitting training for her work with us. Affectionately known here as the Queen Mother, Pam manages the office. She manages our production meetings. She manages our contracts. She manages our building. Well, you get the idea. And she still manages to do it all with a smile on her face.

Not content merely to administer, Pam has moved actively into media buying and negotiation after successfully completing professional training for buying and placement. In addition to her administrative role, she is a proficient media buyer and also manages the Agency’s media relationships.  

Pam has been married for more than 30 years to her patient and supportive husband, John. They have three grown children and a grandchild.
